Tickets for the event (Sunday, 17/06/2012) are priced at £70 each, including VAT and a voluntary £2 charity contribution. A limited number of VIP tickets are also available. For an additional £10, VIP guests will receive queue jump with early admission at 8.30pm and an exclusive drinks reception.

Tickets will initially be on sale exclusively to members of Emmanuel College, and their guests, from 9pm 04/02/2012 until 9pm 11/02/2012. They will then be released on general sale to all members of the University of Cambridge. Please click here to apply. Tickets are also available for all alumni of Emmanuel College, just follow the steps in the booking system.

Emmanuel College members can book up to 20 guests and all other University members may bring 5 guests. Photographic ID details are not required to book a ticket, however, entry to the event will not be granted without a valid photographic ID that matches the full name on the ticket. Please see the terms and conditions for a list of accepted photographic IDs. University of Cambridge cards are, of course, included in this.

We expect to receive more applications for tickets than there are tickets available. Any applications received after out initial quota of tickets has been allocated will be put on a waiting list. It is often the case that a number of ticket-holders relinquish their tickets, and we expect most applicants on the waiting list to be allocated tickets. When these tickets become available, they will be offered to those on the waiting list in the order in which they applied. Please note that the ticketing system will stop taking applications once the waiting list gets too long. As a result, if the system accepts your application to be on the waiting list, there is a very good chance that you will be able to purchase a ticket subsequently.
