If you would like to be considered for a role at the Emmanuel June Event 2012, please fill out the following form to be considered for an interview.
The event work will be divided into two shifts: 8pm-12am and 11:45pm-3am. Please note that all workers will be required to arrive at least one hour before the first shift for a staff briefing. We will be employing workers for the Event on a half-on/half-off basis - in exchange for working one shift, you will be free to enjoy the remainder of the Event for free. Available posts include: Catering Staff, Bar Staff, Security/Fire Warden, and General Assistant.
We are also looking for Set-up and Clear-up Assistants. Set-up shifts are 10am-4pm or 2.30pm-6.30pm on Sunday 19th June in exchange for the opportunity to purchase a discounted ticket (£30 or £20 off respectively). Clear-up Assistants will be required to work for 4 hours after the event (4am-8am), and will be paid at a rate of £6 p/h. Please note that Clear-up Assistants may not purchase a ticket to attend the Event.
The closing date for applications is February 19th. Applications are considered on a rolling basis; potential applicants are urged to apply early to be considered for their desired role.
If your application is unsuccessful, your information will be deleted from our system. If you are successful, we will keep your information until after the Event. Your information will only be visible to applicable members of the Committee and will not be passed on to others for any reason.
