IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The Emmanuel June Event is less formal than the biennial May Ball, and we don’t operate an enforced dress code. Many guests choose to take inspiration from the theme and we encourage our guests to deceive us with outfits that amaze! Many guests do, however, take this opportunity to wear black tie, which our Illusion theme will complement nicely.

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Unfortunately we can’t specifically cater to those with nut allergies. On the night we will provide comprehensive lists of all ingredients in our food so that guests can make informed decisions about suitability.

IS FOOD & DRINK INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
Yes, unlike some May Week events, all food and drink is included in the ticket price.

DO YOU ACCEPT GROUP BOOKINGS?
Generally speaking, no; we’d like to ensure that as many people as possible have the opportunity to buy tickets to the event.

However, during the Emmanuel-exclusive sale from 04/02/2012 to 11/02/2012, each Emmanuel student will be able to book up to 20 guest places. This means that for a society/group of 60 people, only three Emmanuel students will be required to book tickets for the whole group, before tickets even go on general sale.

After the exclusive sale (i.e. from 9pm 11/02/2012), any applicant will be able to purchase up to 6 tickets.
